Returns

If you wish to return an item, before doing anything please email us at info@floorsalesonline.com informing us of your intention to return, and the reason.

Returns may be made within 14 days of original purchase.

Returned items must be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs for the return. You must include your original delivery note and a copy of your invoice with the package. The item must be packed securely to ensure proper transit. We recommend that a recorded delivery service is used to return the item. You are responsible for any goods lost in shipping.

Provided the above steps have been followed, you may then return the item to our warehouse. Items should not be returned to our office address. To obtain the warehouse address, please email us at info@floorsalesonline.com. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days.

Heavy/Fragile Goods Restocking Fee

A small number of our products are subject to a £5+VAT per item return/restocking fee, due to the challenging nature of transporting them. Please check the product description page to see if this applies to your item.
